You see the full price before you pay, and that price is locked into your order.
Payment goes through Midtrans, and an order only becomes paid when Midtrans confirms it to our server.
Each package includes a set number of revisions and a stated delivery time; add-ons can change both, and you see the adjusted figures first.
Your brief and files stay private, and finished work is only shown publicly if you have not asked otherwise.
These terms cover the services JStudio sells through this website. Placing an order means you accept them as they read on the day you order.
JStudio is a one-person studio operating from Jakarta, Indonesia. These terms are governed by Indonesian law, and any dispute that cannot be settled between us goes to the courts of Jakarta.
Each service has packages and optional add-ons. The price shown at checkout is calculated on the server from the current catalogue, and is written into your order as a fixed snapshot.
That snapshot does not change afterwards. If catalogue prices later go up or down, your order keeps the figures it was created with.
A Custom package is quote-based. You send a brief, the studio sets a price, and only then does the order become payable.
Payments are handled by Midtrans. JStudio never sees or stores your card details.
An order is only treated as paid once Midtrans confirms the payment to our server. No action in the browser — yours or ours — can mark an order paid.
Work begins after payment is confirmed unless agreed otherwise in writing.
Each package states its delivery time in working days and the number of revision rounds it includes. Add-ons can change both, and the order shows the adjusted figures before you pay.
Delivery time starts when payment is confirmed and the brief is complete. If the studio is waiting on content, access or a decision from you, that waiting time does not count.
Once the revision rounds included in your package are used, further changes are quoted separately or bought as an Extra Revision add-on.
When a deliverable is submitted for review and no response arrives within 7 days, it is treated as approved so projects do not stall indefinitely.
You provide content, brand assets, and any access the work requires, and you confirm you have the right to use everything you supply.
JStudio provides the work described in the package you bought, communicates through the client portal, and keeps your files and brief private.
Some things sit outside every package unless they are written into your order: domain registration and renewal, hosting fees, paid third-party services and licences (fonts, stock images, plugins, APIs), writing your content, and ongoing updates after handover. Website Maintenance is the service that covers the last of those.
On final payment the work made for you is yours: the design, the code written for your project, and the content you supplied. Until then it remains the studio’s.
Two things stay with the studio and are licensed to you rather than transferred: the general-purpose components and tooling reused across projects, and anything bought from a third party. A font, stock photo, plugin or API keeps whatever licence its owner sells — the studio can buy one in your name, but cannot hand you rights it does not own.
JStudio may show finished work in its portfolio unless you ask in writing that it not be shown.
An unpaid order can be cancelled at any time and simply expires.
After payment, cancellation is handled case by case against the work already completed. Any refund is recorded manually by the studio; there is no automatic refund through this website.
In concrete terms: before work starts, payment is refunded in full. Once work has started, what has already been done is charged and the rest refunded. After a deliverable has been approved, that stage is not refundable. Refunds are sent back to the account that paid, within 14 days of being agreed.
