A single link you send by WhatsApp that opens a real invitation: the occasion, the date, the venue with a map that opens the guest's own navigation app, what to wear, what to bring, and an RSVP answered without leaving the page. Every reply lands in one list you can filter and export, so the headcount stops being a group chat you have to read twice. Weddings are the common case, but the same thing is built for aqiqah and tasyakuran, khitanan, birthdays, graduations and housewarmings, tahlilan and haul, and for company events — a grand opening, a gathering, a seminar with a registration list. Tell me the occasion and the invitation is designed around it; a khitanan should not look like a wedding with the words swapped. It does not include printed cards, photography, or running the guest list for you — I build the invitation and hand you the replies. And it is built for one event: the link stays live for twelve months, after which it can be extended or archived.

The structure changes with the occasion — a seminar needs a schedule and a registration list where a wedding needs two venues and a gift section.

Twelve months from launch, hosting included. After that it can stay up for a small yearly fee, or be archived as a PDF with a copy of the replies — which is what most people keep.
A short brief, your logo and brand files if you have them, the text and images for each page, and access to your domain or hosting. Those four are also what holds a start up — if any is missing I tell you before the clock begins, not halfway through.
